Chalet Balata sleeps up to 10 people in five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, two of which have their own balcony with stunning views over the mountains. These views can also be enjoyed from the chalets private outdoor hottub.

The dining and living area are all open plan making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy with family and friends. The modern kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, a wine fridge and all of the cooking materials you could need. The lounge offers incredible views over the mountains whilst enjoying from the warmth and comfort of the stunning log burner and large flat-screen tv.

Chalet balata is located close to Morzine between the tranquil villages of La cote d’Arbroz and Essert Romand, offering a peaceful and relaxing setting whilst still benefiting from all that Morzine has to offer. Within walking distance, you can find a takeaway pizza hut as well as a traditional Savoyard restaurant.

For the guests convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a large garage to store skis in the winter and bikes in the summer. There is private onsite parking for up to 4 cars.
